Produced by the effort of the women and men on earth, thanks to the sun, the water and the wind, wine has fascinated humans since we discovered it; it has been on our side on our trip of cultural identity through time, and is part of the mediterranean culture, which has praised it, often, and made immortal on the stones of the monuments.
