The differential element of the Guilera Family is the Criança Cava and the compromise with the environment. We have kept throughout the years the criteria of elaborating half-aging and full-aging cavas, from 24 to 60 months. The cavas we elaborate are soft and digestive, to taste at anytime. On the back label of our cavas we state the the of “desgorjat”.
