Belonging to the Ownership of Can Bas de Lavern. The hermitage can be fount at about 150 meters to the west of the Masia de Can Bas, at a confortable place, surrounded by a square at one side and cultivation land at the other. It is talked about for the first time in 917, together with the one of Santa Maria de Monistrol and Sant Pere de Lavern.
It has a romanic style, very modified. Its ground plan is rectangular, the absis faces east. From its pre-romanic structure nothing remains; The work we can appreciate nowadays is due to the reforms made at the end of the eleventh century and middle of the twelveth. Heigh absis, to the right there exists a back spy window. To the south, the keystone door, of half point, very simple, with two steps. There are also two buttresses.
