The Carol Vallès Cellars are located at the farmhouse Can Parellada in Subirats, between Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and Vilafranca del Penedès. The farmhouse is surrounded by vine-yards which render de genuine grape to obtain our great quality wines An accurate seletion of the classical varieties from the Penedès constitutes the base wine for the hand-made elaboration of our products. They will remain in the quietness of the cava, where time together with a long and meticulous process, will render a final select product
